Harper’s Index Of “D’Oh”

The number of times I have become enraged by the incompetence, arrogance, elitism, and stupidity of George W Bush: About a zillion.

Plus one now, since I just read the latest Harper’s index.  This month Harper’s magazine compiles some statistics on the state of the nation during the Bush years. The succinct treatment leaves no doubt that Bush fully deserves his spot in history as the president who has earned the lowest approval ratings since public opinion polling began.
